The Manufacturing Confectioner Publishing Company publishes trade magazines and directories in the confectionery and surfactant industries. It was founded in 1921 in Chicago, Illinois, and currently has offices in Glen Rock, New Jersey, and Princeton, Wisconsin. In 2001, the Manufacturing Confectioner celebrated its 80th anniversary as a strong and successful family-owned business.
