The Manufacturing Confectioner Publishing Company publishes trade magazines and directories in the confectionery and surfactant industries. It was founded in 1921 in Chicago, Illinois, and currently is headquartered in Princeton, Wisconsin. In 2011, the Manufacturing Confectioner celebrated its 90th anniversary as a strong and successful family-owned business.
